How to brine chicken. This easy method will make you cook like a chef
This method will enhance your chicken, pork or fish.try this once and you'll be hooked on adding different flavours through a brine.
You'll need
1 litre water
100g salt
2 tspn sugar
Any herbs, spices, flavourings you like.
Iused parsley, corriander, garlic and chilli. If you add no flavourings that's fine too, the brine will still do its thing and get your protien seasoned and tender. Any questions, let me know... and let me know how you get on!

Pork fillet/tenderloin (chops are fine too)
Sea salt
1 tsp fennel seeds
1 tsp crushed bay leaves
New potatoes
Oil
1 clove garlic
300ml cider
300ml chicken stock
300ml double cream
2tsp mustard
