Hi, I'm Mike. I'm a private chef based just up the road near Wellingborough, and Northampton is where I cook more than anywhere else. With 25 years in professional kitchens and four Chef of the Year finals behind me, I've cooked everything from intimate anniversary dinners for two to milestone birthdays for twenty. Every menu is designed around you: your tastes, your dietary needs, your occasion.
How a private chef evening works
I prepare most of the food in advance, then finish and plate each course in your kitchen while you relax with your guests. I serve, clear, and wash up — you genuinely won't lift a finger. All I need is your oven, hob and a bit of worktop.
