The chef behind Side Order Catering

With over 25 years in professional kitchens, I've had the privilege of cooking at Michelin level, leading teams across multiple head chef positions and developing a deep passion for food that genuinely excites and delights people.

My career has taken me through some incredible kitchens but what I love most is what I do now: bringing that same level of skill, care and creativity directly to you, in your own home.

I'm a four-time finalist in the Northamptonshire Food & Drink Awards Chef of the Year — recognition I'm incredibly proud of, and a reflection of the standards I hold myself to with every event I cater.

I'm a Member of the Institute of Hospitality and a Springboard Ambassador, committed not just to the craft of cooking, but to raising standards across the hospitality industry.
